Divorce Mediation
A mediator is a neutral individual who is trained to help couples create their own agreements to obtain a divorce. The mediator helps couples develop methods of conflict resolution and serves as an impartial facilitator of the decision making process. It is not psychotherapy, marital counseling or legal representation.
Post-Divorce Mediation
As couples move forward with their lives, issues may evolve which cannot be settled between them. Post divorce mediation offers couples the opportunity to resolve these issues in a neutral and safe setting as changes occur after the divorce.
Family Mediation
Family mediation helps resolve issues over family disputes, aging parents and blended families.
Marital Mediation
Marital mediation enables a couple to develop effective concrete plans and modes of action to relieve the stress in their marriage. It is effective in targeting specific issues for couples who would prefer to remain together rather than get divorced.
